Any one else ever watch this show? First time watching it today, and wow, pretty cool stuff.

Basically, the show goes around the world looking for "savants" or basically, as the show describes, people with extraordinary skills.

For example, right now, they're testing a guy by sitting him in front of a screen that flashes a bunch of blue dots on a white background for a second. Each time, he says the number of dots he saw on the screen and gets it correct. 148, 245, 532. Right every time.

Another girl they looked at saw colours when she heard sound. For example, rain drops hitting a coffee table would have different colours (blue, red, etc.) and a dog's bark would have a different colour as well. She also tasted different flavours in her mouth according to tone. Can't remember what specifically, but something like a "2nd Minor" would taste bitter, a "6th Major" would be "creamy", etc. Black squares also appear in her vision when she goes to a club and hears music with deep bass.

Another guy when submerged in cold water that a normal human would find extremely painful after 7 minutes, had no physical reaction other than his heart rate dropping. In fact, his "self thermometer" adjusted his body temperature and raised it after a while.
