Another interesting thing to consider is that it looks like the Kings have already played all 30 of their non-confrence games. I've never bothered to research it, but it would make sense that our 86 game schedule is based on playing 14 in conference opponents 4 times each for 56 games and 15 non conference teams twice for 30 games to give us 56+30=86. So if my theory is correct than the Kings have 29 in conference games left down the stretch!!

Yeah, I checked out the schedule and all Howe games left for the Kings. Between now and day 120 the Kings play the Wild, Wings, and Preds a lot. I think the Preds 4 times and 2 or 3 each against the other two. The next 14 days will really shed a lot of light on where the Kings will end up at the end of the season.
