Where will Kipper and Dion hang out now?? Anyways, I was at Cowboys about 6 years ago after a Flames game on a Thursday the Avs were in town and then off to a game against Edmonton two nights later. We ran into some Avs at the club. Anyways after the night was over for us we went to go get a hot dog and were in line behind some of the Avs, they left and the vender was in a awfully good mood and told us that Rob Blake had asked him if he had change for a $50 bill, the vender said no i'm soory I don't. Long story short Blake ended up paying $50 U.S. for a hot dog! The vender was nice enough to give him extra bacon bits!! I'm sure we all have stories from running into people at Cowboys, we once did a shot with Steve Smith and Rick Tabaracci. Also during the Olympic hockey summer skate here in the summer of 2001 we ran into Lindros, Ryan Smyth, Eric Brewer, Paul Kariya and Ed Belfour (surprise surpise) at Cowboys....great guys. That geeky media dude James Cybuslki from the score at the time now he works for TSN was leeching on the the players and pretending to be there buddies, they wanted him to go away. Lindros asked us to take him (Cybulski) with us after we left and drop him off in the roughest part of the city!
