Looks like the new site for Cowboys has been put on hold. Personally, that site has never made sense to me, given it's proximity to hotels and residential areas.
A development permit for Cowboys bar has been put on hold after the city's planning department recommended refusal of the application, according to an alderman.
Vickers really ought to buy some land in those parking lots off 9th Ave next to the rail line and build something. No one cares if you dirty up those areas.
