Maybe you are already doing this, but since you do hardwood flooring, maybe visiting a company like windsor plywood and getting on their "suggested contractors" list would be worthwhile. I know often times when we contract work in fields for which we don't have personal (word of mouth) recommendations, we often use that to contract out work.
