He got stuck at work because he worked out too hard yesterday and couldn't lift himself out of his chair. He had to wait for everyone else to go home first and than call in help to get to his vehichle. He didn't want to face the embarassment of having his employees know that doing 10 reps and 100lbs on the squat machine cripples him like a 116 year old man the next day! :P
