I don't tip cabbies.
1 cabbie, coming home from a bar after my friend got kicks out for being too drunk, told me;
"If he puke in my cab it's $150...you don't have $150 get out of my cab."
The cab ride was $23, I gave him a $20 and we took off. He spouted something about the cops, we shruged it off, $3 is no big deal, especially when you spout insults at someone like he did.

Obviously the cabbie is waiting outside a bar to pick people up therefore he should expect drunks to get into his cab. I'm sure his friend would let the cabbie know if he was feely sick therefore he could pull over. I'd be pretty upset if I was told to have 150$ on me to ride a cab might just tell him to pull over a couple houses from my house so I could run inside to get some money.
By the way I was kidding about the last part, well kinda
