Guys, I found the hat I was looking for on ebay. But in the process of paying for it, I noticed something. Paying for it through paypal today and their exchange rate isn't correct.
PayPal's Exchange Rate as of Nov. 4, 2007:
1 Canadian Dollar = 1.04225 U.S. Dollars
On the Yahoo! Canada Finance page it says the current exchange rate is:
1 Canadian Dollar = 1.0702 U.S. Dollars
Is paypal running some kind of scam on us, too?
