Tom Higgin's decision making is stupid! (Bring on Hufnagel)
I am so furious with Tom Higgins with his questionable call last game against Winnipeg. I am talking about not going for a 2-point conversion after Nik Lewis TD that could have tie the game. His reasoning is he doesn't do a 2-point conversion until less than 3 minutes left. Guess what? Calgary did not get a chance to get the ball close to even a field goal zone and they ended up losing the game by 1.
Tonight against BC Lions, the Stamps was behind by 8 points when Copeland scored a TD. Again, Higgins called for a field goal conversion so they were down by 1 again. They get another chance to get ahead again if Sandro tries at least 50 yards field goal.Even if he missed, there is a chance they can at least get a point to tie the game. The last straw for me is when there is only a few seconds left and they still went on a play on second down while they were already on field goal range. Stamps were confused and ended up getting a penalty and Sandro ended up hitting the post and we lost the game by 1. I sure hope Higgins doesn't make that type of dumb decision in the playoff. If he does and we lose, I'll say it is time for this guy to say bye-bye. I cannot stand watching the Stamps lose because of Higgins' boneheaded decision-making.
GO STAMPS GO!!!
