I actually have a good story on this.

I was on my way home from wasting my life away on the beaches of lake okanagan a few years ago when BC had those devastating brush fires. I was out with family and friends and we were on our way home.

The highway was temporarily closed at the time because of the fires and we were just sitting there waiting for them to open it up so we could continue going home. While waiting on the highway my dad's friend was in his van with his family ahead of us and right in front of him was a guy in his truck smoking.

This dude was smoking away, on the highway that is closed because of forest fires, i 30+ degree heat and he is flicking his cigs into the ditch!

Our friend (who is the nicest guy you will ever meet, but none the less a very large, very intimidating guy) gets out of his van, and knocks on buddy's window.

Buddy: What?
Friend: What the hell do you think you're doing?
Buddy: Smokin' man, whats your deal?

Friend: My deal is that we're sitting on the side of the road because of brush fires and a ###### like you is stupid enough to flick a cigarette into bushes that havent seen rain in months while its 30 degrees outside. Its because of idiots like you that we have this problem.

He proceeds to haul this guy out of his seat (not wearing a seatbelt too) and throws him into the ditch and tells him to find his cigarette butt and put it out.

The morale of this story? Some people have zero consideration for anything around them, up to and including their own kids.
