I am having Intralase Lasik at Gimbel on Monday! (November 5th)

I am excited... little nervous now though because I was reading through all the disclaimers and medical clearance forms and stuff last night. I realize much of it is worst-case but it still makes me nervous.

Mine is coming out to $2940 which includes a $400 discount because I work in the Calgary Health Region.
