I guessed that you knew about running the ball. Just threw that in to explain my point. Anyhow, I do agree. Teams shoudn't be expected to run the clock out when it appears they have a victory in the bag. Most coaches will, because it is the safest thing to do. Like I said before. The fans, or consumers if you will, should not be expected to see a team going half speed because one team has a four TD lead at the half. It isn't fair to the paying customer at all. At home we can just change the channel. Any of you that have been to an NFL game know that it is a big commitment to attend an NFL game. Its a lot of fun. But it is an early morning and a late night. I'm usually worn right out afterwards. Why should somebody who spent the money and invested their entire day to attend the game. Not be treated to the best possible entertainment?
