The book is made up of real diary entries from Nikki Sixx, Motley Crue's bassist, while he was battling addiction to cocaine and heroin in 1987 followed by commantary on the entries from Nikki and people mentioned in the book. A really good read and the layout of the book is unreal.

Has anyone else read it?
I have not read the book, although I guess it is in the top 3 of the best sellers list now. He said that even for him to read the book in its layout, very mind boggling for him to think he could have been in such a bad way and how surreal he sounded then. And now that he is on a tour promoting his book, he said that so many just come up and tell him their stories and many are now addressing their addictions as well because they have read his book.

There is a very interesting interview with him in Maclean's magazine this week.

Found it a very good read.
