THe CApitals are looking to upgrade Steve Bernier... a VEteran player with higher ratings is the asking price.

Bernier has the potential to be a premiere power forward in the NHL/CPHL...

With only 3 points in 12 games, Capital Management feels that Bernier's development can be better helped elsewhere... perhaps getting more icetime.

The CApitals are also looking to package a depth player + 1st rounder (WASH) in next years draft for an scoring upgrade on the LW. It does not have to be a premeire player... A solid vet will do (74 to 76 ish)
