I used to tip regardless of whether the service was good/bad/indifferent. I have started leaving nothing for people who don't earn it. If you hate your job that much, get a new one. Good service gets 15-20. Mediocre or poor service get nothing.

One of my new pet peeves are all these fast food type places, coffee places, etc that have little tip jars.
