I guess when I was almost 4 I called our local video store and put 2 He-Man videos on hold, then called my Mom at work and told her to pick them up for me on her way home. The babysitter apparently didn't notice any of this, and my Mom thought it was hilarious. She came home with the movies too.
That's a far cry from driving there though.
