Just thought I'd give you reality-tv junkies a heads up. Spike has been running this cool new reality show called The Ultimate Fighter. Basically, its the same as the boxing shows that came out/are coming out, but for Ultimate Fighting.
I'm no big 'bloodsport' fan, but I really like the concept of this type of sport. Finally a fairly pure activity that doesn't have the poison that's infected boxing. Plus its really entertaining to watch 12 martial arts experts on two different teams all living in the same house.
One guy last week had to cut twenty (20!) pounds to make weight for his fight in just under 24 hours. It was really entertaining watching him do it... and pretty dangerous too!
Anyway, I really like trashy reality tv, and this is probably one of the best 'unkown' shows out there.
Its on Spike TV (25) at 9pm Mondays (I believe, might be 10pm).
