My favorite prank I ever did was to my buddy the porn addict. I told him I found a tape of a couple of our friends screwing. And he was all excited about it. (Justified, she's pretty hot)
I got the two of them in on it and we set it up to look like they were making a porn in his room. Then 7.5 minutes in (right when he would be....you know...) I had his parents come in and hop in the bed with them! (No it didn't turn into a foursome everyone had their clothes on) and they all started yelling at him into the camera stuff like "You're disgusting" and "We got you" and all that jazz.
But he called me at to yell at me right when it happened.
