I am of the firm belief that anyone driving a truck (other than commercial) downtown during business hours should be subject to a tax. What is the friggin point of driving a 1 ton pickup truck down to your office on 4th avenue? There's enough parking problems as is without some dumbass taking two spots with his truck that clearly compensates for what he is missing between his legs.
