Yay, yet another tax with the monies going nowhere. Isn't the fund of money from the blank cd and hdd levy still at a somewhat enormous sum that isn't going back to the artists?

this is good though. It means that the government will most likely tell them to screw off when it comes to making it illegal. One of the reason downloading is legal right now is the tax on blank cds/etc.
