As for my own strange uses for condiments, when I was a kid I used to put bbq sauce in a shot glass and eat it straight up via finger dipping. Used to really annoy my mom because "bbq sauce is expensive. Can't you do that with ketchup??".
And this one is probably a little more common, but one of my fave snacks is a couple of smokie sausages (15 min in the toaster oven) and mustard. Knife and fork and a big glob of mustard.

I love this, my kids think I am weird, if we are bbq'ing sausages, I don't eat them on a bun, I eat them like this also. Delicious!
