Yeah, winter and predators might kill off a few, but they breed too quickly for it to have any impact on their overall numbers. Canmore is a great example of this: despite being generally colder than Calgary with more exposure to predators, their population of feral bunny rabbits has been growing steadily over the last 20 years.
