My Blue Skill Box, is this a forever thing?
Now about a week or 2 after these skill/exp boxes were added I said something I shouldn't have ( Insulted Zyuzin, harshly) and I got -11 rep for it. Now I don't mind the neg points, since I did deserve them, but I am wondering what warrants getting plus points?
