More Griese's maturity and leadership.

The most impressive game I've seen live was when he dislocated his shoulder in the 1st Q, came back in the 3rd, couldn't throw the ball more that 15 yards but still battled back to help win via last second FG. Last MN game in the old Mile High I believe. Anyway, would disagree toughness was an issue. Getting drunk and falling down the stairs during house parties ... that may have played a bigger part.
