ok, I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but you really should just take it in. There is no way anyone can diagnose your problem with the descriptions given. A car getting the "shakes" when revved up is a little different than the wheel shaking while driving. When a mechanic asks you to describe the noise, they are really just humoring you, nobody likes to get spit at when someone tries to imitate a noise that their car is making
In all seriousness, It could be one thing, or it could be a combination of things....let a mechanic take it for a road test and I'm sure your fears will either be realized or put to rest...take it for what its worth
