Yes probably. It dips down when you hit 14th. I heard this huge bang, i thought he hit someone at first, but then i saw him on the otherside of 14th.
Yes it totally makes no sense at all!!! i thought i was sleeping when i looked in my rearview because he was coming so fast and the intersection was so close.
Maybe it was stolen but there were no cops behind him. Unless you are insanely drunk maybe. I don't know. I was pretty p*ssed off for the rest of the nite.
