Students plagarizing are trying to earn marks via cheating. In a class where marks are curved, their bogus good marks will push you down the scale. Turning an A- into a B+.
Not sure why you wouldn't take glee in exposing those trying to cheat every other candidate. I'm pretty happy to see athletes get busted and thrown out for performance enhancing drugs.
