The Ducks are extremely happy to acquire a prospect of Ryans calibre. We think he will excel within our system and become a top line winger. We gave up a lot of other solid youth but believe that this team needed a strong prospect who wasn't currently suspended.

I like this deal for Anaheim. Ryan will be a future top line player. I'm not a fan of Downie. Repik should be allright and the pick should be a mid 2nd but Ryan is the best asset in the deal.
