They are showing interviews with the Houston Dlineman who's knee probably ended Green's career, and I can see the media line up all week looking to roast the guy.
I'm a past defensive player and past defensive coach so I'm biased here, but Trent green laid a dirty hit down on that guy. It's awful that he got hurt, but that lineman has all the right in the world to be pi$$ed at him.
I'm not positive but I believe chops are only allowed beween the tackles and up to 5 yards off the line ... and can't be engaged with anyone else. I only saw the play live and then a reply or 2, but I believe they were about 10 to 15 behind the line. Regardless there is a million ways you get a penalty for hitting a QB, I don't need to see QB's diving at players knees when they aren't looking. I hope Trent recovers, and I hope they leave that poor dlineman alone.
