The thing is that the Chiefs line isn't a bad pass blocking unit, and they actually have a guy in Bowe who can make plays down the field now. Plus Tony Gonzalez is still a good receiving tight end. I think they have to start incorporating a bit more field stretching earlier on in the game to make teams stop keying on the run. Back with the Saunders/Vermeil offence, the Chiefs did have an element of unpredictability as to what they were going to do. Right now any Defensive co-ordinator cand stack 8 guys in the box and key on the Cheifs running game for the first 25 minutes of the game and not be too worried about the Chiefs looking down field.
