The one thing that drives me nuts about subway is the banana pepper stems that get mixed into your subs. I love banana peppers, and wretch every time I bite into a crunchy, foul tasting stem. I can't even count how many times I've asked them to take them off when they throw my sub together. Is it really that hard?
As for the sauce problems....tell them how many stripes you want (eg: 1 stripe of mustard). It seems to be the only language they understand.
