LOL, third times a charm in figuring out the Ryder Cup vs. Presidents cup I guess.
Course was in pretty nice shape and there was some great golf played this week. Stewart Cink was on a serios roll today in his singles match. The Cabrera vs. Woody Austin match was good too, as was Sabatinni vs. Verplank. Even though the cup was all but decided, there was some entertaining golf that was worth flipping too.
After the U.S. Open I heard Ames talk about how golf has to embrace that it's entertainment and people want to see these guys hole out shots, stick it close and make birdies. IMO the fans will watch the U.S open, but it's not enjoyable for them type of thing. Seeing a course like Royal Montreal and what the players could do, I think the fans there probably did enjoy watching that a lot more.
