There is no easy fix... trust me on that, I have lost quite a bit of fat over the past year or so and really the only correct answer to this question is will power and exercise... cut back on junk foods (I won't say stop - because well that is unreasonable to expect and you will fall back into old habits really quick). But pay 30-40 dollars for a gym membership (if you are in Calgary the UofC and Mount Royal College both have good gyms) and stick to it... there are no quick fixes as cliche as that may sound.
