also the quality is very substandard compared to cable or satellite, as all they're doing is streaming MPEG-4 video over the internet. even if i wasn't an employee of Shaw, it's still not a service i would ever spend my money on

For the type of service SHAW provides, they shouldnt be looking down at anyone. If my building allowed Satelite dishes, I would take the hellish customer service of ExpressVu over Shaw.
