He is comparing himself to Tarkenton, Young, Plummer and Flutie as QBs who were all scramblers. But he is betting that they weren't told to change their style to be more "white". I guess he is implying that people have told him to try to be more of a pocket passer, aka a "white" QB.
If he has been told that, I wish he would name names. I've never really considered it like that before, but if he has people telling him to play more like a white QB I can see how that would rub him wrong. However I don't think he should paint the whole NFL establishment with the racism brush. If he is going to air dirty laundry, then drop the "woe is me" act.
