Well, pretty much anything with Fotze's mom in it. Oh, wait, you said "Horror" movies.

Not sure if you would could this as horror or just a scary drama, but The Last Man on Earth with Vincent Price was really well done for its time. Sort of a "28 Days Later" type of theme, where the entire civilization turns into zombies. Really ahead of its time and worth renting in my mind.
