Well as for max moves...it can be changed throughout the season. So if someone is approaching the max moves, and hasn't been abusing it (changing players every night) then I can bump it up. Just a precaution to kind of close that loop hole.
I forgot to do that in one of my baseball pools this year and some guy was picking up pitchers every night....annoying.
