Anyone else on the verge of moving across the river to Hull just to have some functional transit?

I hate the OC Transpo. I really, really do.

I drive. But if I was working downtown I'd be really pissed right now.

I live downtown and it's insane since so many major stores are in the outlying area. Traffic is bad.

OC Transpo is better than Calgary Transit... I'll give them that...

If I need to get anyway, I also drive... except downtown during Rush Hour. God that was painful...

Luckily I work from home most of the time. My wife though relies on OC. Took her 2 hours getting from Orleans to town yesterday.

I hope the city sticks it to the Union.

I'll be happy to get to Toronto for Christmas... as much as Toronto is Toronto, it actually has public transportation.

I too hope that the city sticks to their guns. I would prefer they break the union so we won't be held hostage in 2011, but that's unlikely.

I'm sure all the people visiting Ottawa for the World Juniors and the Bell Capital Cup are going to be really impressed with the lack of public transit.

I can just imagine what a mess the parking lots are going to be at SBP when a whole bunch of people, who have no idea how horribly designed they are, try to get out after the games.

I forgot about the World Jrs, combine that with the snow for tomorrow and Sunday and it's going to be a mess here the next few days. I hope the airport isn't too screwy though.

If the city doesn't figure out an alternative transportation for the WJC, it's going to suck...
