Cuz we care....here is what will be instituted for next year...please add comments if you like.


MONETARY AWARDS
To aid the finances of some teams, we will implement a monetary award system for the individual/team awards. Here's the breakdown:

· Money for individual awards: (Goes to the team that player is on at the time of award)

AWARD AMOUNT

First Team All-Stars $100,000/player
Second Team All-Stars $50,000/player
Individual Award Winners $100,000/player

· Money to team awards:

AWARDS AMOUNT
Commissioner's Trophy (To team or GM who has succeeded beyond expectations) $1,000,000
Conference Champions $500,000/team
Division Champions $100,000/team

CPHL Stanley Cup (revised from current)
Ist Round Winners $500,000/team
2nd Round Winners $750,000/team
3rd Round Winners $1,000,000/team
CPHL Cup Champions $2,000,000
Runners up in each round $100,000

Other stuff

· $100,000 for each article that is good enough to be posted on the main page.
· $100,000 for GM who is most active on the message board posting about his team per month
· $50,000 to Players of the Week and $100,000 to Players of the Month
- $50,000/month to the team who has the best personal website/updated and current with applicable CPHL info.

I'm really not sure if I agree with what I'm adding but I think I would rather see the whole Conference receive a $10,000 each instead of the team with the players involved.

More of a "all for one" type team, conference vs conference because after all it's not about who dresses up for Team Gretzky but rather how much the run up the score on the crappy Howe Conference (what a bunch of premadona’s, an insult to the Howe name)

I like the low money total's a lot, nothing that will make a huge difference to a team but an added bonus that well get used to its fullest no doubt
