Anyone know what is burning there?

I'm guessing the rise of the Phoenix so they can play the Flames tonight.

Seems a little ironic actually, the Phoenix terrorizing a city cheering for Flames with fire.

Radio just said it's a lumber warehouse. I think it's the structure in the middle of the screen, right by the tracks:

Thats a steel wire manufacturing company. I don't know of any lumber yards around there but there is a shingle company close by.

My girlfriend just called to say that the smoke had moved so thickly to as far as Blackfoot and 42nd that she couldn't ride her bike home without choking.

She is now holed up at the Blind Beggar drinking beer.

And I'm still at work.

No C-Train between Heritage and Chinook. CT is using shuttle buses.

Saw the fire, I took a few pictures from the N95, so we'll see if the pictures turn out.

660 just said that the C-train is running again, unless they are confused and they are just talking about the shuttle bus.

The wire factory was totally engulfed as I went by on the train. Air was pretty haze and even in the train with all the windows closed I was coughing pretty bad by the time we cleared the smoke.
