Having briefly met Kryzsky when we did some CP ticket business I can say the jihad is well deserved. Too bad I don't have tickets for that game.

BTW there are a couple things wrong with that Sun site. All having to do with the Flames vs Phoenix.

1st it should be either Calgary vs Phoenix or Flames vs Coyotes.
2nd it should be Phoenix vs Calgary or Coyotes vs Flames as the home team always goes last.

holding ctrl+shift+delete (delete NOT backspace) clears the cookies and such automatically for firefox.

Hey Phaneuf, what do you use to auto-vote? I like to help these people out, but obviously I'm not as good at it. I have my method down, but obviously isn't ideal.

alright, i've already passsed it out to people who pm'd me. what i'm currently using is a firefox addon called imacro. record myself doing 50 votes and set it to repeat that action 400 times for example.

20,000 in about 55 clicks or so.

My understanding, is that the first round had 2 guys choosen. They will shoot @ a game. Winner stays.
2nd round only one guy is choosen and they shoot against the winner from the first rounds shooters. Winner stays
and so on... until the finals.
so as long as Zane can beat out Shawn here in round 1 shooting, there is no reason this can't be a CP competition!

i'll have a peek at what they did in terms of beefing up security - if its a simple ip filter, it should be easy enough to get around... perhaps something like tor (https://www.torproject.org/) could make very short work of this. I have no idea if something this complicated is necessary as i haven't had a look yet and i haven't had much need to work with something like tor before.

kinda funny - i nixed my original bot app that i wrote myself cause it was WAY too fast and used the more human iMacro method instead. but i guess if you have 3 or so people doing it that way at the same time it could get suspicious anyway.

oh well, 2 of the other competitors were using bots too.

so what we do is vote for our guys regularly, but a lot. Then if its close we run bots in favor of the other guy, thus getting him kicked from the competition :P

Got confirmation from the Sun today, I'm in for the 4th! I was actually on the ice today practicing, I was netting 2 out of 4 shots from the far face off circles. Need to sharpen up.

At the Oval before and after our ice time, had another 20 mins to shoot pucks today. I was shooting 4 pucks at a time from the far circle and still only nailing 2 of them, I think we actually only get 2 shots from each circle.

Haha, I must have got almost half of them in as expected, too bad a few didnt count. I ended up shooting exactly like I was practicing and couldn't get that gameplan out of my head, oh well I didn't want to put those the shorts and tank top on again anyways. :D
