Vancouver (AP) - All in the name of charity. Sunday proved to be a happy day for the city of Vancouver as the Vancouver Canucks were able to raise $4,875.00 for the local food banks and the Salvation Army. Over 2,100 fans flocked to GM Place Sunday afternoon to take part in the festivities. The Jello Wrestling event was nixed and instead a carnival took place. The Vancouver Canucks organization helped raise money by doing dunking booths, trivia games, photo ops, and autograph sessions for local fans. The admission fee was $6.00 for adults and $3.00 for children under 12. The festivities for Sunday changed, as GM Mango admitted she was wrong in only targeting the female fans: "We had to make this a family friendly event and because of the change, we raised money for those who need it. At the end of that day, that's all that matters. We hope our fans had a good time!"

The CPHLFA, inspired by Mango's fundraising efforts decided to match the donation to Vancouver's Foodbank. The organization, since it is league wide, donated $4,875 to each of the other city's food banks as well.

Are the rumors true that the Jell-o wrestling was cancelled after KevinGuy showed up wearing nothing but a Speedo demanding a match with Cale Hulse? Rumor in Edmonton is that the Bruin GM was arrained and charged with pulic indecency. Theres also rumors that KevinGuy has been inspired to coax Dino Cicarrelli out of retirement after this ordeal.

All rumours about Bruins GM KevanGuy are not only false but true as well. Indecency is such a relative term.
