On November 14th the standings were...

Gretzky Conference

1. Canadiens vs Rangers
2. Capitals vs Hurricanes
3. Senators vs Islanders
4. Thrashers vs Flyers

Howe Conference

1. Sharks vs Predators
2. Wild vs Jackets
3. Avalanche vs Ducks
4. Coyotes vs Blues

Today the playoffs match up like this....

3. Flyers vs Capitals

I don't know what standings you're lookin at Cheese, but the Flyers are second place in the Gretzky conference.. So we'd be playing the Canadiens, and the Senators would be playing the Capitals.. 25 > 24 ;) :P

Yup, since it's playoff for losing teams, it might be that teams are competiting until 4 losses and loser advances.... If so, Hawks would surely lose er.. win it.
