The group that tried to stop the Montreal Expos from going to Washington D.C has offically failed trying to preserve professional baseball from leaving the province and the country. Suprisingly they say both British Columbia and Quebec are in trouble because their professional teams are not owned by local ownership? The Als are owned by local ownership, the Lions are and aren't the Canucks going through the process of having a new local ownership?
