the Criminal charges. Boy there sure have been some screw-ups in this case...but the more you hear it sure seems like the woman didnt have her head on straight either.

I don't have a law degree, and I don't pretend to or even pretend to know alot about criminal law. I'd say I know more than the average person and that' it.
