While arguing a call, apparantly an on-field official turned to Stamps receiver Nik Lewis and said "get off the field, I don't understand Ebonics".

Brutal. I'm going to be watching the papers tomorrow to see that this guy got canned.

Why has there been so muc drama surrounding the Stamps in the past 2 years? I am getting tired of hearing about all of this.

I agree the drama's getting a little much - I'd say that most of it came from Wally-gate, then it just snowballed from there. I'm kinda glad the fans are more ore less dealing with the non-touchdown from friday already, but I think no matter which team, which league, if a ref uses a racial slur against a player there needs to be some sort of outcry. It's just unacceptable.

Just to add more info, but likely the same as stated in the original link:

None of the drama from Friday night was the Stamps' fault. A blown call by the refs, and a racial slur. Looks bad on the CFL, not the Stamps.
