Message Reply Form

Is there anyway to add the message reply form to the end of the page of the thread your looking at?

or is this by design to discourage unecessary posts??

Just wondering if there was a way to set this in my options or in global options.

Try out the "Fast Reply" button that throws up a simple reply form nice and quick (doesn't reload the page).
