Ok, this will be like any normal Who Am I? that you have ever played. I will give hints when they are requested, the person to guess right will get to do the next question and so on.

To start:

I have been released by two teams in one season.

I have been arrested for DUI two times in one season.

I have played for the Seahawks and Vikings as well as a third team.

Who am I?

I wasn't sure if I got it right...

Anyways --

1) I was born in the "garlic capital of the world"
2) Am a Pro Bowler despite never being drafted.
3) Have gotten the starting job (for various lengths of time) by replacing three Pro Bowl players - one of whom is recent inductee in the Hall of Fame.

Jeff Garcia.

My father played for one of the great dynasties during the 70s.

I was drafted in the 1st round of the 2002 NFL Draft.

Alright, since this seems to be going nowhere. The answer was Donte Stallworth. His father, John, played WR for the Pittsburgh Steelers during the 1970s.

Next question:

I was undrafted and was never a first-string player during my college career.

I won a Super Bowl during my rookie season.

In 2006 I set a franchise record for most rushing yards in a single game.

Who am I?

Bednarik said recently that Deon & Brown were wimps because they played positions that didn't have any contact. With that hit on Gifford, he knocked Frank out of football for 18 months.

Where tha game was played would give away the team (and hence the owner/answer). Suffice it to say it was an away game for the Bears.

The deficit at half was 17-7

Edit: OK, that is still a bit vague. The Superbowl didn't exist yet when this occured

On October 27, 1957, Tony Moraboto died of a heart attack while watching the 49ers play the Chicago Bears (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicago_Bears) at Kezar Stadium (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kezar_Stadium). Having suffered a coronary occlusion in 1952 Tony had been living on "borrowed time". Doctors citing the dangerous, high emotional factors of football urged him to get out of football the sport. The 49ers were losing, 17-7 when a note "Tony's gone" was passed to the coach. Turning away numerous Chicago touchdown onslaughts in the fourth period, they stormed back for a 21-17 upset victory.

Whew - I screwed up the question a bit, but I'm saved because the 1948 title game was held in Philadelphia's Shibe Park (apparently during a blizzard).

I'll correct the question because it should be "...to visit the Bears and win..." (since I forgot the Bears weren't the only team in that city)

You got it. He gave a DB from the Bills a stiff arm in 1972 while he was running up the side line. A flag was thrown and eveyone assumed it was on the Defense because it allways is. The ref took the ball and started to count 15 yards the opposite way. Schula told the ref that he was counting the wrong way. The ref informed him otherwise.

O.k. Here goes...

I am a Hall of Famer that never played football before college...

Too easy? :bag:

Jim Thorpe.

Excellent choice, and true if boarding school is considered college, but not who I am thinking of.

I'll be a bit more specific...

I was enshrined into the Hall of Fame in the 1990's

You got it! Montana State's only Hall of Famer went to college on a ski jumping scholarship and only played two years of college ball.

Jan Stenerud. I'm a Chiefs fan and I completely over looked him. Went to Montana State on a skiing scholarship.

Sweet that means I'm up. I've been sitting on this one forever.

Who was the first recipient of a Brett Farve pass in the NFL? And bonus points if you know the yardage

I was drafted by the Buffalo Bills and the Green Bay Packers.
I was also offered a contract by the Chicago Cubs.
I played in three pro leagues.
Who am I?
