Now that the +15 network is closed, we've moved VENA NOVA to appointment only. However, we do have our full jewellery inventory shown on our website at www.venanova.com with everything at 20% until until we're able to open regular hours again.

We're not quite sure what the operating hours after Christmas and early January look like yet, but I'll update this thread once we have more info.

Are you able to repair broken wedding rings? My wife's is split in half and has lost one of the small diamonds. I would much rather give a CPer business if possible!

Absolutely!
We have a goldsmith on-site so we do everything in house. Turn around time for repairs is one week or less. Thanks!

Updated hours:

VENA NOVA will be open by appointment only until further notice. When restrictions ease, we'll be open regular hours again. We're hoping early June, but will update when we know more.

Gem by Carati hours:
Tuesday to Friday: 11-4
Saturday: 12-5
Sunday- Monday: Closed
I'm also available for appointments outside of regular hours.
