Naslund on his way out?

It had to happen sometime.

Star winger Markus Naslund is looking for a trade and the Vancouver Canucks are pursuing the market. "Markus has had an excellent run here in Vancouver", said GM Mango, but then added "maybe it's best for both sides if we move on." Rumors are circulating that the Canucks are searching for a top centre and winger in return. A top ECHL and AHLer with picks and cash is something you should also entertain.

The GM added, "Markus has to learn to deal with the growth of a team, especially with young goaltending. We are not afraid to trade Markus."

GM Place - A computer glich last night at GM Place interuppted Naslund trade talks late last night. The venue's internet connection shut down and was not up and running until mid Monday morning. The Vancouver GM would like to apologize on behalf of Shaw for the computer difficulites and looks foward to continuing the trade talk.
